Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Curb mobile application ("App") provided by BeatLabs FZE LLC ("Beat Labs", "we", "our", or "us"), a company registered in Ajman Media City, United Arab Emirates. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Curb is a personal subscription management tool that helps you track, organize, and receive reminders about your subscriptions. The App allows you to:

• Manually log subscription details (name, price, billing cycle, etc.)
• Receive local push notifications about upcoming renewals or expirations
• Sync data across devices via cloud storage (optional, requires sign-in)
• View spending analytics and calendar overviews
• Share subscription costs with other members

2. Accounts

You may use the App without creating an account (local-only mode). If you choose to sign in using Apple Sign In or Google Sign In, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Curb Pro Purchase and Payments

Curb Pro is an optional premium upgrade available as a one-time purchase (a non-consumable in-app purchase). It is not a recurring subscription — there are no automatic renewals and no recurring charges.

• Payment is charged once to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Curb Pro unlocks its features permanently for accounts that have purchased it; you can restore your purchase on another device using the App's "Restore Purchases" option
• Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their policies and applicable law

The free tier allows up to 5 subscriptions and a single profile. Curb Pro removes these limits and unlocks additional features.

4. Referral Program and Promotional Codes

• Users may earn free Pro access through our referral program (20 referrals = 1 month, 50 referrals = 6 months)
• Referral codes are for personal sharing only; mass distribution or fraud will result in account termination
• Promotional codes are single-use and non-transferable
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time

5. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App. By using cloud sync, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the subscription data you enter
• The App does not automatically detect or verify your actual subscriptions
• Notifications are based on the data you provide and may not reflect actual billing dates

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Abuse the referral system through fake accounts or automated means
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, icons, and branding, is the intellectual property of Beat Labs. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind and function. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Notification reminders will always be delivered on time
• Currency exchange rates will be perfectly accurate
• Cloud sync will be available at all times

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beat Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Missed subscription renewals or cancellation deadlines
• Financial losses resulting from inaccurate data entry or notifications
• Loss of data due to device failure or service interruption

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data through the App's Settings. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
