Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to delete your Curb account and the data associated with it. Curb is operated by BeatLabs FZE LLC ("Beat Labs").

Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended, immediate)

If you can open the app and are signed in:

1. Open Curb.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm in the dialog that appears.

This permanently and immediately deletes your account and all data stored in our cloud. This action cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, send an email from the address linked to your account to info@beatlabs.ae with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account record (email, display name, and the identifier provided by Apple/Google sign-in).
• All of your subscriptions and profiles stored in our cloud database.
• Your referral data and promotional-code redemption records.

Any subscription data stored only on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.

Data retention

We do not retain your personal data after deletion, except where retention is required by applicable law. Routine, encrypted backups created by our cloud provider (Google Firebase) are cycled out automatically and are not used to restore deleted accounts.

Note on purchases

Curb Pro is a one-time purchase processed by Apple or Google. Deleting your Curb account does not request a refund or cancel anything with Apple/Google, because there is no recurring subscription. Refunds, if applicable, are handled directly by Apple or Google.
